We loved the location of Hidden Guest House in the heart of the Old Quarter. The staff, especially Ann, were helpful in organizing our itinerary and transfers. The prices were affordable and we didn't feel taken advantage of. The rooms were well-maintained with basic amenities, and the guest house was newly built. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the night market area, beer street, and Lake Hoan Kiem. We highly recommend this place.

What a charming place! The old building with high ceilings and wood-panelled rooms gave the hotel so much character. The little balconies overlooking the neighbors added a cozy touch. Plus, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter but tucked away from the tourist crowds. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The friendly staff, even with limited English, were super helpful. I also appreciated being able to leave my bags with them before check-in and after check-out. Definitely the affordable place to stay in Hanoi center!
The entrance to the hotel was a bit inconvenient, down a tiny and dark alley. I had to climb four flights of stairs to get to my room with no elevator.

Our stay at Hidden Guest House was fantastic. The hosts, Harley and Anne, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with arranging our tours and made us feel warmly welcomed. The room itself was well-maintained and had all the basic amenities we needed, such as hot water, a small fridge, TV, and toiletries. We even requested a hot water kettle, and it was promptly provided. The location of the guest house is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the night market, beer street, and Lake Hoan Kiem. Despite being nestled in a small alley, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend Hidden Guest House for a comfortable and convenient stay in Hanoi.
